Yes, we do take up orders with minor customisations. However, it is subject to confirmation from us since we cannot promise. We will try our best to make it possible. Extra charges applicable, if any, shall be confirmed by the Team beforehand.

Yes, we would be happy to change the size if you make a request within 24 hours of placing your order with us. After this, it will be difficult for us to accommodate your request as the production would have commenced.
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at our email within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund.
Yes, we do have e-gift cards. You may find the option under the head âGiftingâ on our website to see the available options. You can mention the recipient Name, Email ID and Personal Message during check-out. The card will be sent out by email soonafter.
Payments
Yes, we do offer COD on domestic orders.
This issue may occur due to technical reasons like the bank being down, extended time lapse etc. We would recommend that you try again. If the issue persists, please write to us with the garments youâd like to purchase, your preferred size for each and the delivery pin code. Once we receive your request, we will send you a payment link to complete your purchase.
Shipping
Our orders are usually dispatched in 8-10 working days from the date of receiving an order since all our garments are made to order.
We may take up early delivery requests from customers keeping in view the availability of the stock inventory.We would suggest that you write to us to check the possibility of it prior to placing your order with us as early deliveries are subject to immediate availability of fabric, production bandwidth, priority shipping availability to your pin code etc.
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partnerâs website and track your order.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India crossing a minimum value of Rs. 799/-
No, we do not ship internationally as yet.
Exchange / Return
No, we do not entertain return requests other than in cases where there has been a fulfilment error on our end or the product is incorrect/defective.Please note that such a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery ofthe order. You will need to share your order number (mentioned in the order confirmation email), product name and email address to initiate the process.
We offer size exchanges and store credit notes. We do not offer refunds. However, a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
Yes, an extra charge of Rs.250/- shall be payable by customers in case an exchange is requested. This cost is the shipping cost for exchange.
We do not offer refunds on product once sold. Refunds are only processed in case offulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
You can return it for a size exchange or ask for a store credit note which you can use to purchase a different product within 6 months.
Out of Stock
All our products are manufactured on a made to order basis, so we would try to adjust and make your preferred size available for you. You can check with us by writing to us.
Restocking of products is dependent on customer demand and fabric availability. If weâve received enough requests and the fabric is available to reorder, we do bring it back. Given the large scale requirement of block printed fabric, itâs hard for us to say if something will be back in stock unless our Teamhas already confirmed it. You may check with us by contacting us.
